Wizly Process Management
Organizations interact with internal and external stakeholders through its processes. The smooth functioning of established processes is critical for an organization to function efficiently. Organizational processes are either manual or automated and executed using software applications depending on the maturity level of an organization.
In all cases, Process Management is a crucial function within an organization as it ensures that processes are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and are measured effectively as well as communicated across the organization.
The Wizly Process Management Solution enables the organization to address the following challenges.
» Siloed Approach towards Organization Processes
» Lack of Process Standardization
» Lack of Process Documentation and/or Communication within the Organization
» Identification & Improvement of Inefficient and Non-Performing Processes
» Redundant Processes Consuming Organization’s Resources
» Lack of ability to efficiently audit processes against the actual execution
The Wizly Process Management Solution is based on the PRISE© Methodology and provides a roadmap for the successful execution of an Organization’s Strategy. PRISE© integrates Processes, Risks, Initiatives and Strategy to ensure successful Strategy Execution.
The methodology provides a replicable roadmap to Strategy Execution and takes us from the “What to the How”. It addresses the pitfalls of having different Management Frameworks run in silos, independent of each other and it provides a holistic view of all management information enabling better decisions.
The Wizly Process Management Solution ensures all dimensions of the processes are captured, into a centralized process repository, starting with the activities and their sequence. Roles and responsibilities incorporating concepts such as the RACI Matrix are as well included.
The solution ensures processes are aligned with the organization’s systems and ensures risks and controls related to the process are identified and available.
These processes need to be clearly communicated across the organization and all related content such as forms and documents have to be aligned to the process for easy access. Manual processes would then be automated to bring about better process productivity, reduce errors and enforce SLA’s.
Process Mining can then be utilized to evaluate the efficiency and compliance of executed processes to the designed process and Process Risks and gaps identified. Process Controls would then be implemented and monitored which would support the continuous improvement of the processes.
