The basis of Operational Excellence is to define best practice end to end processes which encompass the required Customer Journeys. These processes need to be clearly communicated across the organization and all related content such as forms and documents have to be aligned to the process for easy access. Manual processes would then be automated to bring about better process productivity, reduce errors and enforce SLA’s.

Process Mining will then be utilized to evaluate the efficiency and compliance of executed processes to the designed process and Process Risks and gaps identified. Process Controls would then be implemented and monitored which would support the continuous improvement of the processes.
